Why there is no single price per square metre
What the job actually involves sets the price: the area, the access, how overgrown it is and how many trips it takes to haul the material away. A one-off clearance is paid for once. For regular upkeep we set up a monthly arrangement.
Every quote states what is included, what is not, how the waste is removed, and under what conditions the price could change.
