The subscription is not a fixed-price package but a schedule built for the particular yard. How often we come depends on its size and how fast it grows.

We look at the yard once
The first visit shows the area, the slope, the access and what grows there. The frequency and the monthly figure come from that.

We agree a frequency and a figure
Once a month, every fortnight, or only through the growing season – whatever the yard needs. The figure is fixed and you get it in writing.

We come on schedule
Without asking you each time and without waiting for a call. You do not need to be there.

You get photos after every visit
So you know we were there and you can see the state of the yard – without taking anyone at their word.

We tell you if something changes
A fallen branch, a broken fence, a leak, anything that was not like that last time – you hear it from us, not on your next visit.

You stop whenever you like
The subscription does not tie you in for a year. If you sell the property or no longer need it, you just say so.

We keep yards on subscription in Zlatitsa, Pirdop, Chelopech, Anton, Mirkovo and the nearby settlements. Visits to the same settlement are grouped into one day, which keeps the monthly figure down.
