Who processes your data
The data you send through this site is processed by Chisto Prostranstvo – a business operated by Lyubomir Dankov, working out of Zlatitsa, Sofia Province. For any question about this policy, write to chistoprostranstvo@gmail.com or call 0884 126 500.
What data we collect
We collect only the data you enter into the enquiry form yourself, so that we can assess the site and get back to you:
- name
- phone number
- email address, if you choose to give one
- information about the property – town, approximate area and a description of the work
What happens to the photos
The form on this site does not take photos. There is no file upload and nothing is sent from your device to a server. You send photos yourself – by Viber on 0884 126 500 or by email – after we get in touch, or whenever you prefer.
When you do send us photos by phone or email, we use them to judge the scope of the work and to prepare a quote. We do not publish them on this site or on social media without your consent.
What we use the data for
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, to prepare an estimate and a quote, and to organise the work on site. We do not use it for advertising and we do not send newsletters.
Who the data is shared with
Your enquiry is received and forwarded to our mailbox by Netlify, the provider this site is hosted with. A copy of the enquiry stays in the site administration at Netlify, which only we can see. Beyond that we do not pass your data to third parties, unless required to by law. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
A Google Maps frame is embedded near the bottom of the home page. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address. The map is loaded lazily, only once you reach it.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence about an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply and carry out the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards – for reference if there are follow-up questions or a repeat order. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to be contacted. Writing to us or calling is enough. If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
